THE COACHING PROCESS
1) THE DISCOVERY SESSION: You allocate time in your diary to focus on yourself: to better understand your core values, your talents your skills, what’s really important to you and what’s holding you back to achieve a more fulfilling life. I use a combination of coaching strategies and recognized tools/ assessments for this first step, called THE DISCOVERY SESSION.
2) SHORT TERM AND LONG-TERM PLANS: together we build your priorities, a plan that allows you to honour your values and use them as a guide to navigate important decisions. We also spend time on defining who you DO NOT want to become - as a leader/colleague /partner / individual. That empowers you to say NO more often and focus what really matters.
3) WHATS ON THE WAY? I introduce coaching tools that helps you see what’s holding you back (limiting beliefs/ impact of frequent negative emotions, squills required) and we will build a plan to address them with awareness exercises and tools.
4) ACTION PLAN: Once your goals are set, you take the driving seat, with my support and agreed accountability measures, to implement your plan. New learnings and coaching tools will help you become more proactive, so you no longer just “go with the flow” nor feel like a victim of circumstances.
In summary, during my coaching I will create space for you to reflect on your journey – to focus on what you ultimately want to achieve, and what is required to make your professional life more meaningful and fulfilling;
