Together they uncover core values, strengths, limiting beliefs and build short- and long-term plans aligned with their objectives. Graziela also acts as a thinking partner and motivator, bringing perspective to problems and encouraging clients to build greater resilience and better navigate their challenges.
Professional Development Consultancy
Gra has experience in a variety of career challenges: transitioning into new roles/ industries/cultures, career progression, career reinvention, networking effectively, working with challenging people, having difficult conversations, managing Impostor Syndrome and others. Over the years Graziela has built extensive resources (articles, books, coaching tools, and exercises) which she shares with clients to encourage reflection and deepen their learning.
Gra’s Circles – Professional Group Coaching
Graziela has been hosting Coaching circles in person and remotely, for organisations and private groups, some have been ongoing for over 4 years. She creates a safe space for senior executives to share their challenges in a confidential setting, learn from other experienced professionals and get Coaching & Consulting support. Group size is around 5-8 individuals who meet monthly (frequency to be agreed) for about 1.5 hrs.
Leadership Development – Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)
Graziela is certified in this 360 Leadership Assessment tool. The 360 feedback from peers, direct reports and other colleagues is consolidated, measured against a database of over 200,000 leaders worldwide and with the leaders’ own self-assessment. Graziela debriefs the leader (confidentially) and together they build a development plan to optimise leadership effectiveness. This is a very effective tool, built based on extensive psychometric analysis over a 6-year period.
Positive Intelligence Course for individuals & businesses
This programme enables clients to uncover self-sabotage tendencies (i.e. controller/avoider/hyper vigilant/hyper-achiever/victim/etc) and develop tools to reduce their impact.
